Text-to Speech Software and Online Digital Libraries 

Most digital text libraries on the Web offer works that are in the public domain (i.e., no longer copyrighted). Online public domain libraries do not charge any access fees for these materials.

Accessible Book Collection http://www.accessiblebookcollection.org/ and Bookshare.org http://www.bookshare.org charge an annual fee for access to digital copyrighted materials for individuals with print disabilities. Individual subscriptions and school/group accounts are available. Please visit each site for more information.
