A workshop for teens ages 15+ and their parents to explore work opportunities for young adults with disabilities. Specific job readiness skills will be discussed, including job hunting, resume writing, interview skills and knowing how to discuss your disability on the job, as well as social skills for the workplace. Katie Zachary, an Employment Specialist at JVS, will facilitate the workshop. No cost with advance registration. Please join us for the first information session about Yesodot's Family Trip to Israel. The meeting will include discussion of the itinerary as well as all of the planning that has taken place so far. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions you have about the trip.

Join us for the second in a series of Support Group meetings on the topic of Residential Placement and all of its related issues. Have the chance to hear from parents whose children are already living outside the home, get some of your questions answered, or just come for the support that we all need from others who are dealing with similar issues as our own.
