6/2 Yesodot's Transition Planning and
Introduction to Adult Issues: Estate Planning
Presented by Don Freedman, Esq.
Planning for the future presents many challenges
for families with a young or adult child with a disability.
It has been said that the cost of lifelong care for a child
with a disability can be as expensive as sending a child to
college every year for life. Are you concerned about finding
the right guardian to care for your child? Do you want to
know how to provide for your child's financial needs while
preserving other benefits? This workshop will discuss wills
and letters of intent, trusts, guardianship, and estate planning
tips for parents and grandparents of children with disabilities.
